Take our thirty day mental fitness challenge to promote positive mental health
Plenty of people take time to do fitness challenges, take a month off booze or follow a particular diet. All focus on physical health but we're promoting a thirty day cycle that promotes positive mental health and will help build your fitness in mind as well as body.
When it's over you will feel more relaxed, alert and clear in thinking. You'll also be able to know what mental tactics work best for you to adopt in the long term, to benefit your performance in sport and life in general.

Each day you will perform four tasks, three are set and the final one is a choice between two.
Practice Gratitude. Write down three things, big or small, that went well. By the end of the challenge your mind will be scanning for the positive as well as providing multiple other benefits.
Be mindful: Your brain is 'on' all day, give it a chance to rest and recharge. Use the Smiling Mind app to follow simple, effective exercises.
