We have teamed up with Thrive to offer a specialised wellbeing app to allow you to work on mental fitness rather than just your physical health.
The app, Thrive: Feel Stress Free - can detect, prevent and help manage common mental health conditions, using clinically proven techniques (such as CBT and mindfulness techniques.) Thrive uses effective techniques, which are used in everyday therapy, to help build resilience to stress, anxiety and mild depression. By completing the fun activities within Thrive, individuals can monitor and track their own progress and cope better with the stresses of everyday life.
Why we do it
There are a number of reasons why Thrive do what they do, ranging from helping people on a global scale to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health. The UK's mental health crisis and the increasingly alarming numbers of people experiencing poor mental well-being plays a large part.
