Mental Health
Everybody has mental health and we can all do things to improve it. Unfortunately the conversation on the topic seems to stall around one end of the scale, focusing almost exclusively on illness. We are committed to promoting positive mental health so that people can flourish and thrive as well as being more aware of declines to get help proactively.
Promoting Mental Fitness
Steve Waugh once said that cricket is 90% mental and 10% physical. Whether you agree with these numbers or not it is clear that the sport is heavily focused on mentality. Much, if not all, of training is focused around the physical side of things. Cricket, and team sports in general, has so many ways to build mental fitness to improve your performance and also your overall wellbeing.

As much as can to do things to improve mental health, anyone be impacted by a decline. Just like in our physical health. The key is to be able to spot the signs in yourself and others to get help quickly so you or they can go back to enjoying life.
Getting Help
Your doctor is there for your mental health just as much as your physical and they can start the process of helping you in the best way possible. You may also want to talk with someone else initially or over a longer period of time and there are plenty out there who can assist in that way too.
